Experienced Sales Negotiator
Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator at Aspire Estates, you will focus on what you do best: building relationships, generating opportunities, negotiating strong deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role is centred on front-end sales excellence — managing applicants, driving viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting vendors through confident, proactive communication. You will not be bogged down by end-to-end sales progression; we have systems and support in place so you can stay focused on performance, results, and customer service.

What You'll Be DoingApplicant & Buyer Management
- Register, qualify, and manage applicants with professionalism and pace
- Match buyers to suitable properties and drive strong viewing levels
- Build rapport quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Identify opportunities across the wider Aspire offering
- Maintain a proactive approach to applicant management and follow-up
Negotiation & Deal-Making
- Create urgency and confidence throughout the offer process
- Negotiate effectively between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
- Present offers clearly, honestly, and strategically
- Maintain strong conversion from viewing to offer to sale agreed
- Take ownership of deals and drive them forward
Vendor Communication
- Provide regular, value-led updates that build trust and confidence
- Advise vendors on pricing, strategy, and market feedback
- Act as a calm, knowledgeable point of contact throughout the sales journey
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Team & Culture Contribution
- Lead by example in energy, organisation, and professionalism

What We're Looking ForExperience
- 3+ years' experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)
- Proven ability to negotiate and convert offers
- Comfortable managing applicants and vendors independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-lead environment
- Strong understanding of the residential property market

Salary & Earnings
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
OTE: £32,000 – £35,000
- Uncapped commission paid on completed sales
