ROLE: General Service Mate
HOURS: 40 hours
LOCATION: Cowes

We're looking for a Waste & Logistics Operative who will support site operations through safe material handling, waste management, and general logistics duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day site functionality.
- Operate counterbalance forklift for loading/unloading containers and moving materials safely
- Support waste-stream activities including use of compactors and transport of bins using tow trucks
- Assist with office relocations, deliveries, and manual handling tasks across site
- Escort and supervise contractors while on site in line with safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and cleaning teams to support overall site operations
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferably obtained within the last 3 years)
- Experience in a logistics, waste management, or similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of health & safety and manual handling practices
