About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to promoting the wellbeing, dignity, and independence of those in their care.
Your responsibilities will include providing person-centred support in a structured care environment. This may involve assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, and helping individuals safely follow their routines.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, including 1-to-1 support, building trusting relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality care throughout each shift.
Training & Support:
Before starting, you will complete structured training, including online modules and a one-day in-person practical session. This ensures you are fully prepared and confident in the care approaches, techniques, and safety procedures required for the role.
Shift Patterns:
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- 8:00am – 8:30pm
- 4:10pm – 10:00pm
- 9:45pm – 7:45am
Flexible working patterns are available, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your schedule.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a paid UK care role
- Experience supporting older adults with dementia, physical disabilities, and complex needs (or transferable experience)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
- SSSC registration (or willingness to apply)
- PVG membership (or willingness to apply)
