Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our new Sakura Spa Team at Gisborough Hall Hotel, on a part time (24 hours) basis.
The new Sakura Spa will open in July 2026, the proposed start date for these roles will be 1st June 2026, whereby candidates will undergo two weeks intense brand training.
As a beauty therapist you will be expected to carry out spa treatments, from a carefully designed treatment menu. Therapists will help to achieve sales targets by upselling our retail products and treatments.
Salary will be discussed with the successful applicant, and will be in line with our experience led grading structure.
Candidates must:
· Be qualified to VRQ/NVQ Level 3 or above.
· Be computer literate.
· Be able to upsell both spa treatments and products to both residents and non-residents.
· Be able to confidently recommend treatments to each individual guest, based on their preference/needs.
· Commit to professional development, to ensure the highest level of treatments are given, consistently.
· Communicate in a clear and professional manner whilst upholding a friendly personality.
· Maintain cleanliness throughout the treatment/relaxation areas.
Desirable experience:
· Elemis exposure/training.
Full training to Company standards will be provided.
The successful applicant will be confident, passionate, and dedicated to offering exceptional customer service to ensure all guests are provided with a memorable experience.
Candidates must be able to maintain high standards of presentation. Punctuality and flexibility are also required to meet the needs of the business. The proposed opening times for the new development are 9am-8pm, therapists are required to work on a shift basis, across 7 days a week (including bank holidays) within these proposed times.
