As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a professional, commercially driven, and customer-focused Solar Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing Liverpool-based team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional or renewable energy consultant looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of the UK’s transition to sustainable energy. The successful candidate will work directly with homeowners, landlords, developers, and commercial clients to design tailored renewable energy solutions that reduce energy costs, improve EPC ratings, and support Net Zero objectives.
Responsibilities will include conducting customer consultations and technical property assessments, designing bespoke renewable energy systems, preparing professional quotations and proposals, advising customers on system performance and return on investment, managing opportunities through CRM systems, and working closely with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
The role provides exposure across multiple sectors of the renewable and domestic energy market including Solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, air source heat pumps, EV charging infrastructure, boiler and heating replacement systems, and wider energy efficiency and retrofit solutions. This creates a significant opportunity for long-term career progression within one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries.

Applicants should have previous experience within solar sales, renewable energy, heating, or technical sales, alongside excellent communication and customer service skills. A consultative sales approach, commercial awareness, self-motivation, and a full UK driving licence are essential. Experience with solar PV design, battery storage, air source heat pumps, EV charging, ECO4, retrofit schemes, or CRM systems are mandatory.
