What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting children in a Nursery setting with:
- Play-based learning and early development
- Daily routines, communication and social skills
- Helping children feel safe, settled and ready to learn
- Small-group and individual pupil support
- Creating a calm, positive and inclusive environment
- Working closely with the Early Years team
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You…
- Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Assistant or Early Years support assistant
- Enjoy working with children in Nursery or EYFS
- Are calm, nurturing and reliable
- Can support routines, learning and positive behaviour
- Work well with teachers and wider school teams
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one
- Are willing to complete Humly’s safeguarding and compliance process before placement
