About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Podiatrist to join our friendly multidisciplinary clinic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and enjoys working with a varied caseload including routine podiatry, musculoskeletal presentations and higher-risk foot health needs. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, committed to excellent clinical standards and keen to contribute to a growing service. What you'll do
- Carry out podiatric assessments, diagnosis and treatment planning for a broad range of patients.
- Provide routine podiatry care, skin and nail care, biomechanical assessment and management within your scope of practice.
- Manage patients with musculoskeletal, diabetic and higher-risk foot health needs as appropriate to your experience.
- Deliver clear advice, education and self-management support to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and work to high professional and ethical standards.
- Identify when referral or onward management is required and liaise effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an excellent patient experience.
- Contribute to service development and maintain your continuing professional development.
What we're looking for
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Podiatry from a recognised institution.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Post-qualification podiatry experience.
- Strong assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organisational skills and accurate clinical record keeping.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Desirable
- Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic settings.
- Experience with diabetic foot care, higher-risk patients or complex caseloads.
- Training or experience in biomechanics, musculoskeletal podiatry or orthotic therapy.
- Experience in nail surgery or other extended scope treatments, where appropriately trained.
- Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry / Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists or equivalent

Our wide range of healthcare services includes physiotherapy, podiatry, sports and remedial massage therapy, dietetics, pelvic health physiotherapy for men, women & children, counselling & yoga therapy, and our specialist podiatry team also provide a nail surgery clinic and a verruca clinic.
We have an in-house Personal Trainer and offer Physio-led Pilates classes, Yoga and a range of other exercise classes to suit all levels, available in person and online.
Our Kintore clinic is bright and spacious with seven treatment rooms, a class studio and a separate fitness gym.
We assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting conditions from variety of referral sources. Most of the work is self-referral, and we also have excellent links with the local private hospital and consultants.
