Site Manager (Engineering & Technical – Temporary Contract)
Location: Norwich (NR7 0SE – multiple sites)
Pay Rate: £40 per hour (CIS)
Contract: 6th July 2026 – 27th September 2026
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works across multiple sites in the Norwich area. This is a hands-on role involving both internal and external projects, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for overall site coordination, with a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple locations
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Oversee both internal and external construction works
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Maintain high-quality standards and project timelines
Requirements (Essential)
- Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certificate
- Fire Marshal Certification
- Asbestos Awareness
- Scaffolding Inspection Certificate
