Job Summary
We are seeking Domestic Cleaners / Cleaning Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various domestic and commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous cleaning practices. Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital environments is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and instructions provided by clients or supervisors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning operations
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks in hospitals or healthcare settings when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or evenings if required
- Candidates must have sufficient spoken English to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
