Job Summary
The EY Bank is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic staff member to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with banking services
- Support with food preparation and serving when required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills
- Support upselling initiatives to promote additional banking products or services
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service delivery during busy periods
- Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and bank policies
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in kitchen or culinary environments is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
