Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with cooking and food production as needed, maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
- Train new team members in service procedures, food safety, and customer care.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality, fostering teamwork and motivation among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality , particularly in supervising roles.
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with previous team management or supervising experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
