Role Summary
We’re looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team in Lincoln. You’ll be working on BMW and MINI models daily, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and fault‑finding to a high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within a specialist environment.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on BMW & MINI vehicles
- Perform diagnostic work using dealer‑level tools and technical data
- Use wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot faults
- Work safely and confidently with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Follow manufacturer processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality results
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and professional
- Communicate clearly with the team and, when needed, with customers
- Support general workshop duties, including equipment care and occasional heavy lifting
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a vehicle technician (BMW/MINI experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Understands mechanical systems and can read diagrams
- Is confident using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Has strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Communicates well and works well within a small team
- Has a full clean driving licence
- Takes pride in producing quality, consistent work
- Has their own tools

Pay: Up to £42,000.00 per year
