Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of outbound Lead generators, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and ensure targets are met through coaching, feedback, and incentive programs.
- Training & Development: Design and implement effective training programs to enhance sales skills, customer engagement, and compliance.
- Diary & Appointment Management: Oversee the efficient scheduling of appointments to maximise sales team productivity.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, conversion rates, and team efficiency to senior management.
- Process Optimisation: Continually refine call scripts, workflows, and customer engagement strategies to enhance results.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to align strategies and drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound call centre management, with a strong focus on recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
- Proven ability to drive performance and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience in diary and appointment management to maximise efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
