Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing Facilities Management team. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in supporting clients, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth onboarding and administration of energy and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client requests, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and support tender submissions
- Validate contract information with incumbent suppliers for new clients and accurately input data into internal systems
- Collate and analyse data to support tendering and usage insights
- Submit termination notices in line with supplier terms and conditions
- Prepare and submit tenders to suppliers
- Produce pricing analysis, including input matrices and bespoke pricing
- Process signed contracts and obtain confirmation of acceptance from suppliers
- Handle transfer objections by liaising with both suppliers and clients
- Ensure contract transfers are completed and confirmed, including live date/service delivery validation
- Validate monthly invoices and resolve any billing queries on behalf of clients
- Manage change of ownership requests for client sites when required
- Maintain and update the database with accurate contract, renewal, and status information
About you:
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role (FM or energy sector experience is a plus but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients and suppliers
- Proficient in data handling and analysis
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple enquiries efficiently and with excellent attention to detail

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
