The role
We are looking for an Operations Lead to own the on-the-ground launch of new UK operations. You will lead delivery across site and partner setup, operational systems, and the onboarding of early teams, turning launch plans into working day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Lead UK launch operations for newly entering brands
- Source and coordinate site, supply, and vendor partners
- Build and document operational processes and standards
- Set up delivery and multi-channel operations
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of early on-site teams
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team, reporting on progress and performance
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of operations experience in UK hospitality, QSR, or delivery
- A track record in new openings or launches is an advantage
- A self-directed operator who thrives in fast-moving, multi-site environments
- The right to work in the UK (this is a local hire)
The details
- Fixed-term contract, 6 months, with the possibility of extension
- Full-time, hybrid, based in London (W1J 8AJ)
- £35,000 per year
