About Us
Central Building & Welding Academy (CBWA) is a leading construction trade training provider, delivering accredited qualifications and assessments across a range of vocational subjects including welding, electrical installation, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and CSCS training.
We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the delivery of examinations and assessments at our training centre.
The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations and examination procedures. You will supervise learners during exams, maintain a secure testing environment, and ensure all assessments are carried out fairly and professionally.
This is a flexible, part-time position with working hours based on our examination schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms before assessments begin
- Check candidate identification and attendance
- Distribute and collect examination papers and materials
- Supervise candidates throughout examinations
- Ensure examination regulations are followed at all times
- Report any incidents, irregularities, or breaches of exam conditions
- Maintain a calm, professional, and secure examination environment
- Complete examination paperwork and documentation accurately
RequirementsEssential

Desirable
- Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator
- Experience working within education, training, or assessment environments
