Job Summary
Are you passionate about education and helping students succeed? We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated tutors in English, Maths, Science and 11+ to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored tutoring sessions.
- Help students with homework, exam preparation, and difficult concepts.
- Create engaging lesson materials and activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Build students' confidence, motivation, and study skills.
- Adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and special educational needs.
- Manage schedules, resources, and sessions professionally.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children or young learners.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, Science, and/or 11+ preparation.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in the relevant subject area.
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) support.
