Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (Hospitality) to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards. This role requires a strong leader with proven supervisory experience and a comprehensive understanding of management within the hospitality sector. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organisational goals to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring consistency in service delivery and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise senior management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Implement policies and procedures to optimise operational workflows and maximise profitability.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to support organisational objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health & safety regulations, and organisational policies.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or a related sector.
- Demonstrated management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing operational improvements.
- Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and resource optimisation.

Pay: £6,200.00-£14,300.00 per month
