About the Role:
The Supply Pool is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants & Carers to work in partnership with schools within the Shaw Education Trust in Lichfield. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in education, care, or health—or for graduates passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
You will provide both educational and personal care support, helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and life skills in a nurturing environment.

- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and language difficulties
- Sensory needs
- Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges

What You’ll Need:
✅ Experience supporting pupils with SEND in schools or similar care/education settings
✅ Willingness to provide personal care when necessary
✅ Confidence and composure when managing challenging behaviour
✅ Compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK
