Malway Logistics Ltd is currently hiring experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers for ongoing container transport work across the UK.
Full-time, permanent position ideal for professionals who are comfortable with nights out and looking for stable, long-term work in a growing logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect containers from Tilbury , Gateway , Felixstowe , Dover
- Deliver containers to customer sites nationwide
- Monday to Friday with regular nights out in the cab
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
- Secure loads correctly and ensure safe transport
- Comply with driver hours legislation and tachograph regulations
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in HGV driving (essential)
- Minimum 25 years
- Experience with port work and container transport (essential)
- Port access cards
- Comfortable with tramping (nights out required)
- Basic vehicle check/maintenance skills
- Good communication and time management skills
