The Opportunity
As part of ongoing expansion within the Belfast operation, we are looking to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Foodservice Retail Manager to oversee a key area of the business. This position would suit someone with experience in retail, fresh food, or foodservice environments who is ready to take the next step in their management career.

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the performance and standards of the fresh food, frozen, and foodservice departments.
- Lead, coach, and support colleagues to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity.
- Deliver promotional activities and merchandising plans in accordance with business objectives.
- Liaise with stock and replenishment teams to maintain product availability and assist with ordering requirements when needed.
- Ensure all operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
- Drive sales performance through strong commercial awareness and effective departmental management.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and build strong relationships with shoppers.
- Monitor targets, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the ongoing success of the store.
Working Hours
38 hours per week, worked on a flexible rota basis across Monday to Sunday.

About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within retail, fresh food, foodservice, or a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Previous experience managing, supervising, or developing a team
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive approach
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a busy environment
