Job Description
Personal Touch Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to support the smooth running of our domiciliary care services across West Sussex.
This is a key role ensuring excellent care delivery, staff coordination, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling carers and managing rotas
- Coordinating care packages and visits
- Communicating with service users, families, and staff
- Conducting spot checks and field support
- Supporting compliance with CQC standards
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Able and willing to drive across Crawley, Horsham & Burgess Hill
- Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Knowledge of care rostering systems
