Job description
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and energetic After School Club Team Member to join our Wraparound Provision based in Billericay.
If you are looking for a role that allows you to laugh every day, go out and explore woodlands, play games and support the development of children into early adulthood then this is the role for you.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 6:00pm. Term Time only.
Salary: Starting From : £12.81 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities
· The After School Club Team Member will plan with other staff to deliver a range of exciting and fun activities for the primary school aged children who attend the After School Club, providing high quality experiences and opportunities too!
· To uphold and ensure a high standard of care throughout the After School Club.
· To create strong parent relationships.
. To be proactive in regards to Safeguarding Children.
· To ensure that the Out of School Club conforms to and exceeds the requirements of Ofsted.
· To gain a clear understanding of policies and procedures.
· To implement and maintain the company’s Equality policy ensuring that children, parents and the staff team are valued, and practice is positive and non-discriminatory.
· To monitor any safeguarding issues following local authority procedures.
