Salary: £17.10 per hour + £70.50 sleep in

Standby Healthcare are looking for a Team Leader who's ready to Step up, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of children with emotional and behavioural needs in HA1.

Role responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
- Supervise and mentor support workers, promoting reflective practice
- Champion safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour support
- Contribute to care planning, incident reporting, and Ofsted readiness
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
To be successful you will:
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Skilled in de-escalation, team support, and trauma informed approaches
- Driving license is desirable but not essential
- Experienced in a similar position previously
