West Surrey Partnership
Partnership Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnership Manager to join the West Surrey Partnership (WSP), a cross-sector, cross-phase partnership of over 30 schools in and around Guildford. We are one of the largest school partnerships in the UK. We believe that partnership work is grounded in mutual respect, collaboration and inclusivity. The partnership works together for the mutual benefit of all our students and staff, creating an environment where knowledge, ideas and resources can be shared.
The Partnership Manager will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a high-quality programme of activities across the partnership, combining strong administrative leadership with relationship management to ensure that engagement across our schools translates into impactful opportunities for young people. The postholder will act as the key point of contact for the partnership, supporting the development and delivery of activities while contributing to ongoing improvements in programme design and effectiveness. This is a delivery-focused role with scope for shaping programme priorities and strengthening the partnership network.
As a founding member of the West Surrey Partnership, Guildford High School remains fully committed to the partnership’s success. Whilst the role is solely a WSP role, the postholder will be a Guildford High School employee and the successful applicant will report to the Director of Partnerships at Guildford High School. Day to day, the postholder will work closely with the WSP Operations Group, and regularly with the Chair of the Steering Group.
This is a part-time role, 3 days a week, term time only plus 4 weeks, with some flexible evening work required for events. The role is hybrid, with remote working alongside regular attendance at WSP school sites.
Further information is contained in the application pack, and you will need to apply for this role using the link below, where you will be directed to complete an online application form.
