Electricians Required – Castleford Solar Farm Projects
We are currently recruiting Electricians for upcoming solar farm projects based in Castleford.
Job Details
- Start Date: 06/07/2026
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Hours: 10-hour shifts
- Weekend Work: None
Scope of Work
The role will primarily involve LV termination works on solar farm installations, including:
- Terminating cables into isolation boxes and inverters
- Earth connection works
- Some cable tray installation
- Working with 300mm aluminium cables on 50MW solar projects
Requirements
- Valid ECS/JIB card required for all operatives
- Previous experience with LV terminations or similar electrical installation work preferred
- Solar farm experience advantageous but not essential
Rates
- Electricians: £25.00 per hour
