We are looking for an additional team member to join us working in our office in Brislington as an Administrative Assistant.
This role will involve:
- Answering the office phone and confidently taking messages
- Responding to emails
- Greeting office visitors & offering refreshments
- Helping to organise both physical & digital files e.g. filing paperwork and updating databases
- Monitoring & reporting stock levels
- Some tidying/cleaning of the office facilities
We are looking for candidates who have the following skillets:
- Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Positive telephone manner – confidence answering the phone and taking messages
- Reliable
- Punctual / good time keeping
Full-time Position:
- Monday to Friday – 9:00am-5:00pm
- Onsite parking available
