Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Road Level Designer to join our team on a remote basis, working on UK highway and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in road level design and a solid understanding of UK highways standards, specifications, and construction requirements. You should be confident working independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating within a team environment.
Work is project-based and comes in as and when schemes land, so this suits an experienced freelancer who is used to flexible working and can turn around quality work efficiently when needed.
You will need a solid understanding of road levels, tie-ins, crossfalls, and falls to drainage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in highway level design on UK road schemes
- Strong knowledge of UK highway standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
