Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical, Minor Joinery, plumbing and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of facilities while providing excellent customer service.
**Must have previous Maintenance Experience**
Pay rate to be discussed in line with Experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including working with logic controllers and schematics.
- Completing health & safety checks and meeting regulatory compliance checks
- Complete Gardening within the grounds to maintain good standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
- Completing painting and decorating within the services
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and general day to day maintenance work.
- Recording and Documenting around compliance checks - completing the maintenance schedule checks and record on relevant company documents.
- Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
