We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic & effective communication skills. The right candidate will have management experience that focuses on assisting the team to complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities include ...
- Determine staff needs & training requirements.
- Direct and manage staff & Security to meet standards and objectives.
- Organise / adjust staff rotas & manage recruitment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
- ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures.
- Monitor and order supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives.
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and documentation is correct.
- Organise promotional activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills & a strong work ethic as well as these other professional attributes.
- Hold a valid Personal Licence to sell Alcohol.
- Experience in the management of a busy venue.
- Complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Knowledge of basic administrative, accounting procedures & HR practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Negotiated based on experience
