As Bar Supervisor at The Sweet Lounge, you’ll be on the front line with the team making sure everything runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team are ready for the shift and our guests are happy. In absence of the 2 owners, you'll be in charge of the team and the day to day running of the business. Any shifts working along side management will be bartending/barista shifts.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR YOU’LL…
- Lead the team during busy shifts
- Support and be a role model for your teams training and development
- Support the day to day running of the business
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

- Must always be available to work Tuesdays & Sundays. Other shifts available too.
- Must be flexible to cover holidays / sickness
- Experience at supervisor level is a must, although training in all areas will be provided.
