Your Key Responsibilities: You will deliver specialist, person-centred care including:
- Tracheostomy and PEG management.
- Oral Suctioning and Seizure Management.
- Ventilation support and specialist medication administration.
- Manual Handling and use of specialist equipment.
- Chest Physiotherapy (e.g., PEP mask).
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in health or social care, with essential experience in complex care for children, adults, or both.
- Clinical Skills: Competency in tracheostomy and PEG care.
- Communication: Fluent spoken and written English to manage care plans effectively.
- Commitment: Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach.
- Driving: A driving licence is preferred for travel across the Dorset area.
