ML Industries is a growing, campervan conversion company, founded in 2025 and expanding into 2026 due to strong demand. We source and convert vans into campers and occasionally do conversions on customers vans and adapt existing campers.
About the role
We’re looking for a self‑motivated and experienced (some training may be provided for the right candidate) Campervan Conversion Technician to work independently as part of our small team, We are passionate about what we do and producing the highest quality campervans on the market. We are looking for an individual to be a part of our company as we grow and expand, sharing our enthusiasm for quality and customer satisfaction. Experience in campervans or mechanics is essential.
What's involved?
The role involves but is not limited to:
Stripping out and cleaning vans
Cutting out and fitting pop top roofs
Sound deadening, insulation and carpet lining interiors
Wiring up 12v electrical systems and installing camper van furniture and beds
Basic mechanical repairs
Keeping on top of stock levels
Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace
Desired skills / attributes
A positive attitude and desire to produce quality work in a timely manner
Experience building camper vans or vehicle mechanics
Problem solving and a keen eye for detail is essential
Good time management
Ability to work alone or with others as required
12V electrical knowledge
A full clean UK Drivers Licence is essential for this role
What we offer
Competitive salary £28,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience (40 hours/week)
