-Balance seating capacity.
-Hiring and training servers.
-Comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
-Lead by example in a fast paced environment.
-Deliver excellent customer service, maximise customer satisfaction.
-Ensure compliance with sanitisation and safety regulations.
-Maintain inventory levels.
Skills:
-Experience essential
-Knowledge of hospitality or similar roles.
-Strong Leadership, motivational and people skills.
-Good command of spoken English is essential.
