The Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the GM in running the track day‑to‑day, ensuring smooth operations, strong performance and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll coach and develop your crew, support departmental leads, and help drive revenue and KPIs across the site — all while keeping the venue fun, engaging and safe.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily venue operations in all areas of the track
- Assisting with recruitment, training and coaching your teams
- Leading by example to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Bringing a positive, energetic approach — we’re looking for someone Fuelled by Fun!
What You Need to Know
As a leisure and hospitality business, we thrive in the evenings and at weekends. Flexibility is essential, and you can expect 1 in 3 weekends off.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check in line with our safeguarding policies.
