Are you an organised and professional individual with excellent customer service skills? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a part-time Receptionist to provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service. Working as part of a job share arrangement, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception and associated administrative functions.

Job Duties:
· Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
· Transfer calls, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt delivery to the relevant department
· Welcome visitors, provide refreshments, and notify staff of arrivals, manage meeting room bookings
· Handle incoming deliveries and outgoing mail
· Provide general administrative support, including updating contact lists, maintaining records, and assisting other departments when required
What we are looking for:
· Previous receptionist experience is desirable
· Strong administration skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
