Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for learning to join our cocktail bar in Bristol. We are a fun, vibrant Chinese tiki-inspired cocktail bar in Clifton, working with a range of products & spirits, specialising in Chinese Baijiu.
This role is for a floor assistant with development on to the bar, working 25-30 hours a week at £13 per hour. These hours are spread over Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Our late-night cocktail bar closes at midnight weekday & at 1:00 a.m. on Friday & Saturday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- From entrance to exit, ensuring the guest experience is kept up to the standard of training.
- Floor maintenance; ensuring tables are kept clear, wiped & reset: ready for the next guest.
- General maintenance of guest areas from the toilets to the outside.
- Supporting the bar & bartenders during service when topping up items & stock.
- Learning the menu & products we work with.
- Opening and closing the floor area when needed.
- Ability to prep for the bar & follow instructions.
