The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their property goals while delivering the high standards of service associated with the Winkworth brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective buyers
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
