Associate Position - Yate Dental Surgery
Opportunity to work up to 5 days a week at a long established, friendly, busy, mixed independent practice in Yate, just outside Bristol and Bath.
We are looking for a conscientious, caring and dedicated associate dentist to join our team, to provide care for a full, well established, and stable list of loyal patients.
We welcome applications from experienced dentists and those nearing completion of their Foundation Training year. Our well-established practice offers a collaborative clinical environment, experienced colleagues, and support when required, allowing dentists to develop their careers with confidence while maintaining professional autonomy.
About the Practice:
Yate Dental Surgery has been established for over forty years and is located at the heart of the community, within a busy shopping centre with lots of amenities close by. Yate has both bus and rail links to Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Our modern, well-equipped surgery includes:
· Fully computerised, using Software of Excellence
· Digital X-rays
· DPT X-ray machine
· Rotary endodontics
· Medit intra-oral scanner
· Onsite orthodontist and hygienist
· Fully equipped surgeries
The Position:
· 4/5 days per week is available
· Optional occasional Saturday morning sessions
· Opportunity to split the role into two part-time positions
· September 2026 start date
· Working with experienced and fully trained staff in a friendly, relaxed and fun atmosphere
· 8000+ UDAs available
· Potential to boost earnings through provision of private work
· 50% revenue split on all private work
· A full patient diary from day one, booked well in advance
