Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in Excel and Office 365. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing clerical support, estimating and maintaining effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within the Cast Stone manufacturing industry, with a focus on estimating.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Arrangement and tracking of deliveries of bespoke cast stone products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers is essential.
- Knowledge of excel and office 365
