The Role
We're looking for an experienced, technically skilled chef to take ownership of our kitchen. This is not an entry-level position — it's ideal for someone who can work independently, drive standards, and run service with minimal supervision. You'll be a confident, capable cook who takes real pride in the food going out and can be trusted to keep the operation running properly on your own.
Key Responsibilities
- Running prep and service to a consistently high standard
- Executing the menu with strong technical skill across cooking, seasoning, and presentation
- Working independently and making sound decisions under pressure
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene at all times
- Following and upholding health & safety and food safety procedures
- Managing deliveries, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
- Keeping workstations clean, organised, and service-ready
- Working efficiently and calmly through peak service

- Proven chef experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong technical chef knowledge and solid cooking fundamentals
- The confidence and ability to work highly independently
