ABOUT THE ROLE
Breakthrough Cricket is looking for an experienced Tag Rugby coach to lead a high-energy, transformation-focused workshop for 19 teenagers in Dover.

- Time: 10:00am - 11:30 (1.5 hours)

- Group: 19 teenagers (14 boys, 5 girls)
- Pay: £80 flat fee
This is a one-off freelance opportunity, ideal for a rugby coach looking for flexible, meaningful work with young people.
ABOUT BREAKTHROUGH CRICKET
We're a transformation-focused social enterprise delivering sporting experiences for international student groups visiting the UK. Our sessions aren't about perfect technique - they're about creating breakthrough moments where young people discover courage, confidence, and connection.
We use sport as a tool for transformation. This session uses Tag Rugby to do exactly that.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a 1.5-hour Tag Rugby workshop for 19 teenagers (14 boys and 5 girls)
- Create a safe, energetic, and inclusive environment
- Adapt delivery for international students (English speaking)
- Focus on participation, confidence, and enjoyment over technique
- Deliver a session that becomes the highlight of their UK trip
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential: ✓ Rugby coaching background (club, school, community or professional) ✓ Experience working with teenagers (13-18 years) ✓ High energy, adaptable, and able to command outdoor spaces ✓ Comfortable working with international students ✓ Available Thursday 8th October, 10:00-11:30 in Dover ✓ Reliable and punctual (this is a one-off booking - no second chances!)
Desirable: ✓ RFU coaching qualification (any level) ✓ Experience with mixed gender groups ✓ Tag Rugby specific experience ✓
