Requirements:
- Prior experience in a presenter or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
