3–5 years of experience in adtech (experience with a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, or data provider is a plus);
Deep understanding of insight-driven, solution-oriented selling;
Commercial and technical curiosity with a drive to develop deep product knowledge;
Experience selling to or working with agencies is advantageous;
Comfortable with complex tech solutions; SaaS experience is a plus;

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
A track record of contributing to account growth or client retention;

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
