The BoTree is looking for a talented Night Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our luxury hotel in Marylebone.
You’ll support the smooth running of the night kitchen operation, delivering high-quality dishes for room service, late-night dining, events and guest requests.
Salary: £33280 + Service Charge

Prepare, cook and present dishes to The BoTree’s high standards.

Support room service, late-night dining, events and overnight guest requests.

Follow recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, HACCP and allergen compliance.

Manage stock, minimise waste and follow correct storage procedures.

Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised.

Work with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About you
-
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant or premium hospitality environment.

Strong culinary skills and pride in presentation.

Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergens.

Confident working independently during night shifts.

Reliable, organised and committed to high standards.
