Role Overview
Stock Management & Vehicle Preparation: Conduct weekly inspections, identify required repairs, and ensure all vehicles are ready for display in the dealership and online, including managing part exchanges and stock inputs.
Logistics & Coordination: Organise and manage vehicle transfers, stock swaps, and deliveries between franchises and compounds, ensuring timely and cost-efficient transportation.
Documentation & Reporting: Provide completed condition reports to the Sales Manager and Controller, maintain filing systems for spare keys, and ensure all vehicle-related transactions follow company procedures.
Vehicle Presentation & Display: Maintain high standards for external vehicle displays, display point-of-sale materials, and manage daily site reviews to address any issues promptly.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with trade plate regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies regarding vehicle transactions and logistics.
