Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant with a passion for building strong relationships and supporting schools with high-quality staffing solutions?
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious recruiter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within education recruitment to manage and grow a successful Primary and Nursery desk.
The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting teachers, teaching assistants, nursery practitioners, and support staff for primary schools and nurseries
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, nurseries, and education professionals
- Focusing on Business Development to place candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Building new business opportunities through sales and networking activity
- Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards achievable sales and performance targets
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within education recruitment
- Proven experience working on a Primary or Early Years/Nursery desk
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A driven, resilient, and target-focused approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance within education recruitment
