Senior Executive Assistant - Manchester (Not-for-Profit)
The role of Senior Executive Assistant:
- Managing complex calendars, correspondence, communications, and enquiries for senior leadership
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce reports, briefings, and presentations
- Compiling, analysing, and presenting data to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
The ideal Senior Executive Assistant:
- Demonstrable experience providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using project management, CRM, or other business management systems
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders, executive teams, or governing bodies
Based in Manchester within a well-established not-for-profit organisation.
