Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling ingredients and serving food items.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Process orders accurately, including handling payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Stay informed about new products, trends, and techniques in the bartending industry.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
