We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team within a well- established supported accommodation programme in Sheffield. If you are creative, dynamic, committed and have something to offer us we wish to hear from you. Our programme offers support to 57 vulnerable adult males experiencing homelessness, to enable them to live independent lives in the community. More than just accommodation, we will provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment in which residents can live fulfilling lives and where every individual will know that they are valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of a Day Concierge with The Salvation Army is an important one, key to achieving successful outcomes for clients and the service. As a motivated and dynamic Day Concierge you will be responsible for assisting with delivering a high-quality service during the weekend and ensuring client safety. You will work to support clients’ needs and provide an effective security service. You will also support to facilitate activities as well as complete a range of administration tasks and reception duties to support the successful operation of the service.
